Day 272-273
This gal hasn’t left the couch for much of yesterday and planning for most of today. Sometimes self-care is listening to your body telling you to chill the heck out. Nursing a whopping cold that came after a sick kid and stressful surgery with the other. Caring for myself today with rest, water, and donuts.
